Since every order is crafted just for you, most orders will need to be placed at least a week in advance.  Please contact me to start your customized order and quote for your next occasion.  

Since I work out of my home and do not have a storefront, I operate most orders by pickup appointment.   

Hey there! I'm Lisa Cherpack, baker and owner of Heart of Texas Bakery and I am delighted that you found my little bakery and website! 

I have been baking since I was a little girl and have fond memories of playing with dough ever since I can remember. My mom has always been an amazing creator of all things in the kitchen and I started my love for cooking and baking helping her as a child with family meals and gatherings and also helping her with her catering business.

I recently retired from my corporate career that I had held for many years and now I am pursuing my passion of baking. Food is truly love I believe, and I would love to bake you something that you can share and enjoy with your family and friends!
